Police have intensified the search for the 'prime suspect' wanted in connection with the hit-and-run death of a 'beautiful' young boy in Coventry . Schoolboy Keaton Slater was killed after being struck by a BMW on Radford Road on Friday, June 14. It has been one week since the tragedy happened and West Midlands Police are continuing the hunt for Latvia-born Dolars Aleksanders.

He is wanted on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. Airports were previously put on high alert to prevent Aleksanders from leaving the UK. Sergeant Rich Evans confirmed earlier this week that an international manhunt is now underway for the 21-year-old who originates from Latvia.
