Denis Bahrim delivered food to the woman’s address in Armthorpe before asking her if he could use her toilet. The victim agreed and when Bahrim came back downstairs he repeatedly asked her for sex. When she said no, he grabbed her shoulder and she fell backwards.
She asked him to leave but he refused and called her beautiful before asking her for a kiss. He eventually left and the victim reported the incident to police.
Officers quickly identified the 26-year-old as an image of him was captured on the victim’s Ring doorbell. More CCTV footage was obtained which showed him collected her food before heading to her address, and Bahrim, of Beckett Road, Wheatley, was arrested later the same night. Bahrim admitted sexual assault and he was sentenced to two years and 10 months in prison on May 15.
He has also been made subject of an indefinite restraining order against his victim. Investigations Officer Jenny Dunkin, of South Yorkshire Police, said: "Bahrim took advantage of his victim's generosity. She let him into her home to use her toilet only for him to repay her kindness by sexually assaulting her.
