CRIMINAL Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Director Major General Leo Francisco said on Monday, July 8, 2024, that debt was the reason behind the killing of Kapampangan beauty pageant contestant Geneva Lopez and her Israeli fiancé Yitshak Cohen.
