In her first television interview, Lili Myers joined Lorraine after her husband, Hairy Bikers star Dave Myers died from cancer in February. Lili is honouring Dave's memory this weekend with 'Dave Day' in the town where he was born. Barrow is preparing to welcome thousands of motorcyclists heading to the town as part of a day of events to celebrate the life of the much-loved television star.
One half of the hugely popular TV duo the Hairy Bikers, Dave Myers was a proud Barrovian and various events will be happening in the town on Saturday (June 8", which has been labelled ‘Dave Day’. The much-loved chef died in February at just 66 years old with Lili, his best pal Si King, 57, and his family at his bedside. It came after Dave first announced he was receiving treatment for cancer in May 2022.

People loved him and the energy he had, and they were asking how they could doing something and pay respect.
