A South Yorkshire man has been arrested and charged with causing death by dangerous driving , after a baby and his auntie died in a tragic collision. It follows an incident in county Durham , which happened on Friday, May 31, in which eight-month-old Zackary Blades and his aunt, 30-year-old Karlene Warner were killed. Durham Police said the mum and baby were travelling in a Peugeot 308 on the A1(M) southbound between Chester-le-Street and Durham when there was a collision involving an Audi Q5 in the early hours of the morning.
