We’re good citizens. Two out of three of us here are teachers. We don’t want to live on a street and be in a community that has such high, not only drug activity but violent activity.
” Lieutenant Stegall replied, “We are familiar with the folks, obviously, with some very serious situations that have been happening lately through there. We’ve actually stepped patrol up for that. I know I’ve been definitely driving through there a lot, the big black truck.
