Cocoa Therapy at 95 High Street has closed its doors with the owners announcing they would be providing no more chocolate relief for the area after the weekend of May 18. While it is always sad to hear about a shop closing, the owners of Cocoa Therapy say their final day wasn’t a sad day. Instead it was described as a ‘wonderful day’.
On their Facebook page, Cocoa Therapy wrote: “Ahhhh man, where do I even start? Thank you is probably a good place. “Yesterday (May 18) was just a wonderful final day for the shop, for me, for the business and there are too many people to thank for this one little caption here. “I am beyond grateful for the past six years, the amazing opportunities, travel and learning, a space to show my children that you get what you work for, incredible people and a LOT of fun creating beautiful, delicious bites.
“This isn’t a sad post, I’m happy to be able to wrap up the shop with the love and respect intact, content that I made it work for a duration and now it’s time to move on. Thank you.” As always, with a Barry high street store closing, there was a huge outpouring of love for the services previously provided.
