This accolade is just one of many for the Cheshire Cat Pubs-owned establishment, which has seen a remarkable turnaround since being taken over by the current owners. Nestled in the picturesque village of Cholmondeley, The Cholmondeley Arms is housed within the village's historic former schoolhouse.
The National Pub and Bar Awards judges praised The Cholmondeley Arms as "one of England's most unique pubs" when awarding it the title of North West Pub and Bar of the Year during this week's ceremony. The proprietors of the Cheshire-based pub expressed their elation at receiving the latest accolade at the Pub and Bar Magazine Awards, adding to their triumphs which include being named pub of the year at the Great British Pub Awards.
