CASUALTY star Sammy Dobson has tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in front of her co-stars. The actress, who plays Nicole Piper in the BBC medical drama, said "I do" at Summerhill Bowling Club Pavilion & Gardens in Newcastle yesterday. The TV star shared a black and white snap of the happy couple walking down the aisle on Instagram .
Sammy wrote: "I got married yesterday. And it was magical. "Thank you so much to everyone who came and made it such a fun and joyous day.
