EXCLUSIVE : C. Thomas Howell ( SEAL Team ) and Michelle Hurd ( Star Trek: Picard ) have signed on to star alongside Trevor Donovan and Ashley Elaine in Where the Wind Blows , a romantic Western based on the USA Today bestselling novel by Caroline Fyffe. Shooting this summer in Montana, the film follows Chase (Donovan), a rugged cowboy and solitary drifter who closed off his heart long ago — until the day he impulsively does a kindness for a beautiful young woman (Elaine), and everything changes in three days.
