A Summer Art Fair will take place in the Ornamental Walled Garden at Mount Juliet Estate on July 7. The event, in partnership with Butler Gallery, will take place from 11am to 5pm and will include drop-in sketching workshops throughout the day hosted by Butler Gallery. Following an open call, over 30 artists have been selected by to participate in the fair, including some of Ireland’s best known landscape and figurative artists such as Blaise Smith, Daniel Lipstein, Jade Butler, Laurence O’Toole and Rachel Burke.

Sculptors Ani Mollereau, Eugene de Leastar and Grant Mac Ewan will also be participating and architectural and interior artists such as John O’Reilly, Tracy Staunton, Neill Dunne and Maura Culbert. Urban scenes and streetscapes are skilfully depicted by artists Kasper Zier and Stephen Taylor along with beautiful botanicals by Mairead Holohan and abstracts by Helena Gorey, Brock Butler, Roger O’Reilly and Susan Buttner, alongside stunning photography from artists Noel Hensey, Samuel Casey and Elaine Farrell, to name just a few! People viewing the exhibition can also avail of the opportunity to visit the Manor House where the Morning Room is home to a curated selection of prestigious paintings from Butler Gallery’s Permanent Collection. The exhibition is a fundraiser for the Butler Gallery and entry for adults is €10 and admission is free for those aged under 16.
