But, with the risk of a summer wash out and with pint prices soaring thanks to the cost of living crisis, many of those looking to get plastered in pub gardens and cheer on England are looking further afield.
Despite tourists worldwide making the pilgrimage to the UK specifically for a taste of pub culture, some Brits are flouting their oldest tradition and will be jumping on flights to Benidorm for this year's UEFA European Championships.
