FAYETTEVILE — Boerne (Texas) Class of 2025 offensive lineman Logan Schram is one of the top prospects the Hogs are trying to add. Schram, 6-6, 328, was impressed with what the Hogs had to offer this weekend as Eric Mateos for the standout to check out the school. “It’s been great, it’s a beautiful area, great people,” Schram said.

“I love the camaraderie on the team, love what they’ve got going on. Overall, it’s been a great visit.” Schram talked about the highlight of the visit.



“Man, to be honest, just seeing Arkansas, really,” Schram said. “It’s an absolutely beautiful state. Very green, love it.

” Boerne is also the home of famous wrestler Bill Goldberg. “He still does,” Schram said of Goldberg still living there. “His son goes to the bigger school in Boerne, Champion.

” Schram was asked to compare Boerne to Northwest Arkansas. “To be honest, it’s really the same kind of people, same kind of vibes,” Schram said. “Boerne is a smaller town, but it’s not too country or too city.

It’s in the medium.” This was the third visit for Schram. “This is it, this is the last one so far,” Schram said.

“I visited Texas Tech and TCU.” Is a decision near? “Here within a few weeks, for sure,” Schram said. A positive for the Hogs is Mateos.

Schram likes the Arkansas assistant. “Thing about Mateos that I love, he’s really a people guy,” Schram said. “I can tell that guy actually cares for the players individually, I like tha.
