Oti Mabuse has shared how she and her husband spent the recent weekend celebrating their baby girl as they took her to be christened. The former Strictly Come Dancing star shared the news alongside a string of images from the special day. Oti and her husband Marius Lepure then announced they had become first-time parents on Christmas Day.

They took to Instagram with an adorable photo in which they wore matching festive pyjamas as they gazed lovingly at their baby girl alongside their beloved pet dog, Leo. It wasn't until later that told how their daughter, whose name hasn't been shared publically, had actually born prematurely in October. She arrived two months early which Oti said was a "big shock" and as the new mum also developed sepsis, meaning her daughter was also at risk of being infected when she was born.

So on Monday (July 8), the Dancing on Ice judge shared a number of lovely family images from her eight-month-old baby's christening. The pictures showed Oti and Marius' families coming together for the occasion, with Oti also sharing a glimpse at her baby's gorgeous white and cream gowns that she wore .
