Fresh after performing and wowing fans at Glastonbury, pop-punk star Avril Lavigne enjoyed a day out at an iconic Welsh landmark, ahead of her Welsh gig. The singer, who is known for her songs Girlfriend, Complicated and Sk8er Boi, performed at Cardiff Castle on Tuesday, July 2. She spent her day off the day before the gig having a tour of the castle, as she told crowds at the gig.
Asking her fans if they had ever visited the castle, Avril said she enjoyed visiting the Welsh attraction. The 39-year-old also posted a series of pictures, including inside the castle, to her Instagram story.
