Stylish shoppers have been raving about a pair of ‘flattering’ summer trousers that are great for the airport, destination wardrobe and weekend plans. Praised for their comfort and the fact they ‘feel a lot more expensive than they are’, fashion fans have been snapping them up in multiple colours ahead of their holiday plans. The trousers in question? The linen drawstring trousers from little-known ‘cool girl’ brand Arket.

The retailer is owned by parent company H&M, and has a focus on minimalist, capsule wardrobe pieces that are totally timeless and on trend. Priced at £57, the trousers are designed in a pull-on style with an elasticated waistband which makes them perfect for travelling in. Crafted from 100 per cent linen, they’re lightweight and cooling, with shoppers saying they ‘iron easy’, which is ideal if you want to throw them in your suitcase.
