Sanda Island, located just off the southern coast of Mull of Kintyre and is in Argyll and Bute, has gone up for sale for a staggering £2.5 million. The stunning island, which is around 453 acres in total, boasts incredible views from its multiple hills - the highest being 23 meters above sea level.

Sanda is accessible via boat as it has two slipways, one north and one south on the island, that run out from its beautiful sandy beaches. Most of the houses have been renovated by the current owners which includes the installation of double glazing, shower rooms and underfloor electric heating.



There are also two smaller islands north of Sanda, Sheep and Glunimore, which are also included in the sale. Sheep Island is the larger of the two at 31 acres while Glunimore Island is just 4 acres, but both offer their own charming scenery and views. The island was previously owned in the 60s by the famous Scottish musician Jack Bruce, who was the lead vocalist and ‍bassist ‍of the iconic rock band Cream.

It is now home to some equally incredible wildlife such as Puffins, Storm petrels, Razorbills, Manx shearwaters, Kittiwakes, Gulliemots, Great black-backed gulls, Shags, and Black guilliemot. It even has a small func.
