Fans of The Killers have predicted that the iconic rock band has visited a popular Greater Manchester beauty spot ahead of their big shows in the city this week. The Vegas band, known for super-hits like Mr Brightside and Somebody Told Me, will perform at Manchester’s newest music venue Co-op Live from tonight through to Saturday (June 18-22) as part of a mammoth four shows on their Rebel Diamonds tour. But ahead of their first show in the city, the band took to social media to tease their excitement for the gig posting on Monday (June 17): “Ronnie and Brandon looking forward.

” But it wasn’t the caption that caught the attention of eagle-eyed fans, it was the possible location of choice for the photo that got fans talking. Sleuths amongst the fanbase deciphered the photo had potentially been taken at Saddleworth Moors, near the Dovestones Nature Reserve in Oldham .
