AN anti-aging doctor has spilled the beans on the daily habits of those who know how to put their freshest faces forward. It turns out the five top techniques for achieving more youthful-looking skin don't require pricey products or procedures. Dr.

Michael Aziz, an internist and author of The Ageless Revolution , has shared the inside age-defying skincare scoop with The U.S. Sun.
