EDDIE HEARN has revealed Anthony Joshua's first words after Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk finished trading blows. The Gypsy King suffered a split decision defeat to the slick southpaw in their historic undisputed heavyweight title fight in Saudi Arabia last Saturday. Joshua , 34, was ringside for the Riyadh rumble along with Cristiano Ronaldo and looked pensive as Fury and Usyk traded heavy leather.

AJ showed no emotion as Michael Buffer announced Usyk as the winner, a result he believed was clear and evident. Matchroom Boxing chief Hearn told BoxNation : "I went over to him after the fight and I said, 'What do you think? Who's got it?' "He went, 'Are you joking?' I went, 'No'. He went, 'Usyk's the clear winner.

' "I was like - a lot of people felt like that. I had him winning, but narrowly." Fury's defeat to Usyk has derailed Saudi Arabia's plans for him to throw down with AJ in a Battle of Britain next March.

Their long-overdue showdown could end up taking place late next year as a Fury victory in his October rematch with the Ukrainian will likely tee up a trilogy fight. But Hearn reckons there's a possibility AJ and Fury could finally do the dance BEFORE the former WBC heavyweight champ throws down with Usyk again.
