Aldi has announced the locations for the next 11 stores set to open across the UK. The supermarket chain disclosed that its first new branches will open their doors within the month in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire and Olney Park, Milton Keynes. Other upcoming locations include In Newcastle, Aberdare in Wales, Broughty Ferry in Dundee and Leytonstone in London.

The budget retail giant confirmed plans to open a total of 35 new outlets this year, each anticipated to generate around 40 job opportunities. Its most recent store launched in Goole earlier this month. Aldi has declared an ambitious target of establishing 1,500 UK stores and plans to invest £550 million on UK expansion alone in this financial year.
