The former Scotland striker recently slammed Hawkes’ latest tune cheering on the England team. Rewriting ‘Hey Jude’ in honour of Jude Bellingham, Hawkes’ new lyrics include: “Nearly 60 years of pain, hey Jude, we place a nation’s hope upon your shoulders.” Brazil described his effort as “murder”, but that message was passed on to ‘The One and Only’ singer.



It led Hawkes to throw down a gauntlet to Brazil, who could face the ultimate nightmare scenario if Gareth Southgate’s side win the Euros. On Thursday, Brazil apologised to Hawkes and revealed that talkSPORT had received a message from the music star, challenging the presenter to a possible forfeit. “Good morning Alan.
