A MOTORCYCLIST who died following a crash on the A456 Bewdley Bypass has been remembered as a "beautiful person." Adam Robson, aged 47, died after a white Mercedes Vito van and a green Kawasaki Ninja motorbike collided on Sunday, June 2. He ran Brookes Equestrian, a livery in Rock, for more than two decades with business partner Rachel Brookes, who competes in show jumping.

Ms Brookes has said she is starting a campaign to improve the safety of the A456 Bewdley Bypass, which she has described as a "death-trap." A funeral was held for him at Wyre Forest Crematorium on Friday (July 5).



Paying tribute, Ms Brookes, aged 45, said: "He was the nicest person around. Everybody knew him in Bewdley. "We were together for 20-plus years, but we stayed as soul mates and have a business together.

"He always helped everybody out. He was just a beautiful person. He shouldn't have gone".

West Mercia Police have confirmed the man remains on bail. An inquest into the death of Mr Robson is set to be held at Stourport Coroner's Court on February 20 next year.
