A holiday park in Lincolnshire has announced plans for a new development of luxury holiday homes. Located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds near Market Rasen, Watermill Leisure Park is to expand with the addition of their Water’s Edge development. All surrounding a picturesque lake with private fishing pegs, Water’s Edge will see 30 new holiday home plots built, with a mixture of single and twin-unit holiday homes available for sale, all surrounding a picturesque lake.
Co-owner Simon Clarke said the new development would be a great addition to their park, rated five stars by Visit England. “This stunning development will give will give holiday homeowners a unique opportunity to own a lodge or caravan on what will be one of the most sought-after locations in our park,” he said. “All the holiday homes will benefit from lake and woodland views, providing owners the perfect backdrop for a relaxing break,” he added.
Open for 12 months, Watermill Leisure Park continues to go from strength to strength, with holiday home ownership proving extremely popular. The business has grown from just two team members to 10 in recent years and the new development will see several more roles created for local people. Water’s Edge is being constructed by local company CLS Civil Engineering, based in Brigg.
