Litchfield Hills managed to squeak in at 119th for those looking for a country retreat. Pick out a luxury bed and breakfast while reveling in the “rural sophistication” of “its rolling landscapes,” according to a statement. You have also got local vineyards, antiquing opportunities, and more.
